No, it's not.
For a proper lunch you'd need to eat the other half bag.
And remember that they are much healthier if you roast them over an open flame instead of pan- frying them.

INC - I shudder to think that you might have tried pan-frying marshmallows. But you probably remember the good old days of this here blog where I spoke lovingly of food on sticks....
